Coaching workshops and programs can be either tailor-made or offered as a pre-arranged theme.

- Continuous coach education programs (can be used to apply for or renew an ICF credential)

Corporate/ business specific programs
Corporate coaching programs are custom-tailored to suit specific needs of clients. Programs are adapted to corporate/workplace in-house needs.
A typical program includes the following:
- Pre-assessment meeting with client
- Discussions with management and team members
- Application of assessment tools (optional)
- Group coaching session with designated team members
- Individual coaching sessions as required
- Ongoing work of the organisation with support
- Review of outcome
- Plan for the future.
These programs are designed to continue to have an ongoing “life” at the organisation after program completion
Open programs on various themes
These are designed to suit a variety of leadership, personal, executive, business, team and individual needs. They can be presented as open programs or adapted to groups/ individual businesses.
ICF accredited programs
Some programs are accredited by the International Coaching Federation (please see below).
These can be used for CCE (Continuous Coach Education) and Approved Coach Specific Training Hours purposes. These programs are beneficial and targeted to leaders, managers and executives such as Foundation Coaching Skills Training Program, Advanced Languaging and Questioning Skills, Conducting Group Coaching and Taming Those Tentacles While Moving the Octopus Forward.
Peggy’s coaching programs/workshops are designed and delivered with a personal and experiential approach style from preliminary work through implementation, support and follow-up.
