Conducting Group Coaching

  • Eight hours face-to-face workshop in small group format (maximum 8 participants) plus 3 hours group follow-up via teleconference
  • Total 11 hours Coaching Core Competencies
  • Program accredited as CCE (Continuous Coach Education) Program by International Coach Federation and can be used to apply toward Coach-Specific Training requirements for an ICF Credential
  • Certificate issued on completion of total program hours (including follow up hours)

Introduction

Coaching to a group adds extra benefits and lasting effect to coaches as they gain extra connection, wisdom and experience from each other on top of the coach. Group coaching requires specific knowledge and skills to work with the whole group as well as harness the group dynamics positively. It is of vital importance that a group coach is trained and supported to deliver this service.

Objectives

Provide initial training for experienced coaches/professionals to gain necessary knowledge and skills to conduct group coaching.

The focus is on practical skills, supported by theoretical concepts.

Coaches, other professionals, HR staff and leaders who have:

  • Completed some coach training
  • Who are interested in conducting Group Coaching

  • Group Coaching Fundamentals and applications
  • Case studies, demonstrations and role plays
